Vaultic's Terms of Service

Terms

These Terms govern your relationship with the Vaultic Service ("Service"). These terms apply to anyone who accesses the Service, including but not limited to visitors and users. By accessing or using the Service you agree to be bound by these Terms and accept all legal consequences. The Service is operated by Vaultic LLC (“us” “we” or “our”). It is important that you read this carefully because you will be legally bound to these terms.

The Service

The "Service" refers to the application, software, products, and services provided by Vaultic LLC.

Accounts

All information you provide for an account must be correct, complete, current, and your own. A human over the age of 13 must create your account. You may not use any information that is not lawfully available for you to use. You may not use any information that is vulgar, offensive, or obscene.

You alone are responsible for securing your master key and for anything that happens while you are logged in to the Service or using your account. It is your responsibility for keeping your account secure.

You agree to promptly notify us if you become aware of any unauthorized use of your account. You also agree not to share your master key with any 3rd party.

Intellectual Property

The Service and all content is the property of Vaultic LLC and is protected by copyright and trademarks. We reserve all rights that are not expressly granted to you by law.​

Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Service in an appropriate manner that doesn't violate any laws or cause harm to the Service or its other users. Non appropriate behavior includes but is not limited to:

  • attempting to disrupt or tamper with the Service in any way

  • placing extraneous or extra burden on the Service

  • any form of unsolicited advertising

  • harassing, abusing, or threatening any individual or group

  • violating the privacy of any 3rd party

You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell or exploit any portion of the Service, use of the Service, or access to the Service.

We reserve the right to stop or prevent any actions of yours, or delete your account if we deem you are engaging in behavior or actions harmful to the Service or its 3rd parties.

Subscriptions

Subscriptions are offered through Stripe to access some parts of the Service and will be billed on a monthly or yearly basis ("Billing Cycle"). Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each Billing Cycle unless you cancel it beforehand. When signing up for a subscription, you must provide accurate and complete information that is your own. By signing up for a subscription, you authorize Vaultic LLC and its 3rd parties (Stripe) to charge all subscription related fees through any such payment instrument. All amounts paid are non-refundable. You agree to be responsible for all taxes and transaction fees associated with the subscription.

Vaultic LLC may modify the subscription fees at any time. Any changes will become effective at the end of your current Billing Cycle. We will provide you will reasonable prior notice of any change in fees. Agreement to pay the updated fees must be met in order for the continued use of the subscriptions features to the Service.

Communication

The Service may send emails to you to communicate information regarding activity, Service, or billing updates.​

User Data

You retain the rights to all data and content you upload and store to the Service. You agree to allow Vaultic LLC to store, retrieve, backup, restore, and copy your data so that we may provide you with the Service.

Termination

You are responsible for cancelling your subscription. Even if you stop using the Service, you will still be billed until you cancel the subscription. Upon cancelling your subscription, you will still have access to the features provided by the subscription until the end of your Billing Cycle, at which point you will lose access.

Limitation of Liability

You agree that Vaultic LLC and its employees, partners, and affiliates will not be liable to you or any 3rd party for any loss or damage including but not limited to profit, goodwill, data, and use; whether indirect, incidental, special, or consequential. Such damage or loss my include but is not limited to:

  • your use, ability, or inability to access the service

  • unauthorized modifications or access to your data

  • any conduct or interactions with any 3rd part on the Service

  • the Service generally, or any matter or modification relating to the Service

  • any fees or modification to fees

Release and Indemnification

You agree to indemnify us, and hold us harmless from and against any and all claims, liabilities, and expenses, including attorneys' fees, arising out of your use of the Service.

Disclaimer

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". Vaultic LLC makes no guarantee or warranties of any kind regarding the Service. Your use of the Service is at your own risk.

Vaultic LLC does not warrant that the Service will function uninterrupted, secure, timely, available at any particular time or location, error-free, or without viruses or other harmful components. Vaultic LLC also does not warrant that any defects or errors will be corrected, the information provided through the Service is accurate, reliable, or correct, or that the Service will meet your requirements.

Actionability

If you breach any of these Terms, Vaultic LLC reserved the right to act immediately, not at all, or at any point in the future.​

Changes

Vaultic LLC reserves the right to modify these Terms at any point or time at our sole discretion. If a change is made we will make reasonable efforts to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. Upon any changes becoming effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
